At Glint Mobile Valeting, our aim is to deliver a high-quality, professional service to every customer. To help us provide this, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read and agree to our policies
Bookings:
Prior to booking please ensure you meet all of the following requirements. If not, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss alternative arrangements.

All personal belongings, rubbish, and child seats must be removed from the vehicle prior to our arrival and we do not accept liability for any loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle

Please inform us in advance if your interior contains excessive pet hair, excess mud, vomit, blood or excrement and provide us with photos if possible

We require safe access to water and a power source to plug in our extension lead and hose

We require at least 1 metre of working space around the vehicle and our valeting van must also be able to park within workable distance from your vehicle

We will not work on grass, mud, or the side of a busy or narrow road
Cancellations and rescheduling:

In the event of unexpected emergencies, delays, or faulty equipment we reserve the right to alter the booking time/date but will ensure you are booked back in at the earliest date possible

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment - unless deemed as exceptional circumstances - will incur 50% of the service price being charged

By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions

If booking requirements outlined above are not met upon arrival, we reserve the right to refuse service. In such cases, the full service price may still be charged
